Osaka Prefectural Sayamaike Museum

Japan's oldest dam-style reservoir built in the first half of the 7th century. From June 2009, the Osaka Sayama City Folk Museum has been set up in the museum, where you can see exhibits where you can feel the history of the area.

Sayamaike

Sayamaike Koen (Park) has a long walking road that surrounds the oldest reservoir in Japan, Sayamaike. It’s 2.8km long, and there are signs every 50m, so you can soon know how long you have walked. People love this park, and you can meet many people from young to elder any time you visit here.

Amanosan Kongoji Temple

Kongoji Temple is an old temple founded by Gyoki in the Nara period. Also known as Nyonin Koya (Koya for women). There are many national treasures and important cultural properties in the temple treasure. It is especially famous for the wonderful moon in mid-autumn.
