Shipping address should be staff resident facility.
If you do not collect your baggage from Kansai Airport on the stipulated day, you will be charged an extra 700 yen (tax included) per day.
Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions.

- Luggage received before 11AM at the front desk will be delivered to n.e.s.t shop at Kansai Airport by 2PM on the same day.

- Luggage received before 11AM at the front desk will be delivered to hotels in Osaka City by 7PM or to hotels in Kyoto City by 9PM on the same day.
