・You can purchase the ticket one month before you use it within validity period.
・Refund is only available for unused ticket including a general ticket within validity period at ticket sales place where you purchased.(A refund fee is required)
・In the unavailable areas, you need to pay additionally.
・Refund is not available in case that train service are suspended once you using the ticket.
