We accept all items at the same flat rate, regardless of size.

code payments (PayPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay), transportation IC cards (e.g., Suica and ICOCA), and other
touch payments (iD and QUICPay).

Delivery is available at a flat rate, regardless of luggage size.
- We cannot provide this service for accommodations such as private lodgings or Airbnb properties without front desk staff.
- Luggage delivery is limited to hotels within Osaka City. (Some hotels are excluded.)
- Advance online reservation is required. (Reservations can also be made on the Airporter website.)
- Walk-in reservations are also accepted at the counter until the reservation deadline.
- Payment can only be made through the Airporter website.
- Accepted payment methods are credit card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and PayPal.
- Hotel delivery is not available from the Nankai Namba store.

Please apply online. You can place an order simply by selecting the drop-off location and delivery destination. A variety of easy and secure payment methods are available. After making your reservation, you will receive a detailed email on how to use the service.
Please be sure to check it. Make sure to keep your transaction number. -

2. Drop off your luggage at the designated location.
Drop off your luggage at the counter of the Kansai Airport store or the Namba store, or at your hotel front desk. Only a simple tag entry is required; no waybill is needed.
Please note that luggage without a prior reservation cannot be accepted. -

3. Enjoy sightseeing hands-free.
Spend the day without worrying about your luggage!
Since you’re hands-free, you can also walk safely while holding your child’s hand. -

4. Pick up your luggage.
When the time comes, collect your luggage at the counter of the Kansai Airport store, the Namba store, or at your hotel front desk.

About orders and delivery times
By what time should I drop off my luggage to have it delivered on the same day?
Luggage checked in at the airport by 2:30 p.m. can be picked up at your hotel after 8:00 p.m. on the same day. With regard to a hotel-to-airport delivery, drop off your luggage at the hotel by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your flight. You can pick up your luggage between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on the same day.
By what time should I make a reservation?
For a hotel-to-airport delivery, please make your reservation by 9:00 p.m. on the previous day. For airport-to-hotel delivery, make your reservation by 2:30 p.m. on the same day.
What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Can I still drop off my luggage after the reserved time?
If you miss your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled regardless of the reason. Please note that no refund will be available in such cases.

About reservations
How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations up to six months in advance.
I want to make a reservation in advance, but I haven’t checked in to the hotel yet so I don’t know my room number.
Please enter your check-in date (scheduled date: XX [month] XX [day]) in the room number field on the reservation form to complete your reservation. We would appreciate it if you could share your room number with our customer service after checking in.
