Period of use
When exchanged during January 1 to March 31, the 2 day pass is available for 2 optional days until April 30 in the same year.
When exchanged during April 1 to December 31, the 2 day pass is available for 2 optional days until April 30 in the next year.
When exchanged during April 1 to December 31, the 2 day pass is available for 2 optional days until April 30 in the next year.
Precaution
・Please use the automatic ticket gate.
・Only one ticket can be exchanged by one person.
・Refund is not available even if our train service is suspended once you have started using the ticket.
・Additional charge is required for limited express trains with reserved seats.
・Refunds are possible only if the ticket is within the expiration date and has not been used.
Earn your refund from the purchase site (refund fee is required for each ticket). If multiple tickets are purchased with the same payment, partial refunds are not available.
