Visit our factory where we can manufacture all kinds of gears. We manufacture gears for use in steel mills, amusement parks, and more.
Since our founding in 1951, we have inherited the solid technical skills we have cultivated through gears, and we are constantly exploring how we can further hone those skills.
By thoroughly implementing the 3S activities (sorting, tidying, and cleaning) and introducing the latest process management system, we have demonstrated our commitment to quality and efficiency.

In addition, by actively hiring young staff, we foster a workplace full of fresh ideas and energy.

During the factory tour, you will have the opportunity to observe our manufacturing processes up close. Moreover, our president will personally share insights into our management philosophy and organizational development. You will also learn about our skill maps and the digital transformation (DX) of process management, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how we efficiently produce high-quality products.

Lecture from the CEO ⇒ Factory tour

First, the president will give a lecture.
Through 3S activities (sorting, tidying up, and cleaning), young employees are given the experience of actively leading projects, which helps develop their careers.
Surprisingly, more than half of the employees at Ito Haguruma are under the age of 35. You will also learn the secret to being closely connected to the local community, winning the hearts of young people, and getting them to work in the manufacturing industry.
*The lecture will be held in a conference Room.

Before going on the factory tour, be sure to pick up a patrol sheet!
As an employee of Ito Gear for one day, you too can pick out areas for improvement.

At the first factory, processing takes place before the parts are turned into gears.

The work tools are neatly arranged, like the displays at a convenience store.
Isn't it amazing that they can keep the workplace so clean?
All of this is the result of the employees thinking about and acting independently.

This is the management board for the number of back orders. Ito Haguruma manages the process by looking at this board.

At the second factory, we observe the process of grinding the gear. The gears are gradually completed as they are generously oiled.
Watching the gears being slowly and beautifully ground is very soothing.

The key to making gears is fitting a divisible number of teeth into an indivisible circle. This requires advanced calculation techniques.

Finally, the gear is polished to complete it.
