Incorporating French techniques, the shop focuses on unexpected flavor combinations, creating parfaits that remain delicious until the very last bite.
“NOYAUX” means “core” or “nucleus” in French, reflecting the chef’s wish to create a shop that gently touches the hearts of its guests.
Each parfait is crafted live after ordering by a chef with over 20 years of experience. Like an open-kitchen restaurant, guests can watch the delicate parfaits being completed right before their eyes, so having a camera ready is highly recommended.
NOYAUX is especially popular for its complex and delicate parfaits that pursue harmony of flavors. New creations are introduced regularly, ensuring a fresh experience with every visit. Enjoy a blissful moment filled with excitement at NOYAUX.
Located about a 6-minute walk from Kishiwada Station, look for the large orange sign marking SWEETS AREA 51. The shop offers a wide variety of jams made with carefully selected domestically sourced fruits and vegetables, as well as popular tiramisu that is also available for online purchase.
