OSAKA NAMBA
You will arrive to Namba, Osaka From Kansai Airport by the rapi:t limited express in a 34 minutes journey. The entire range of Japanese cuisine is available for you to enjoy, with restaurants clustered together presenting you with delicious meals at reasonable prices. Namba is where you’ll find modern commercial complexes inside traditional shopping arcades. There are enough shopping spots and gourmet available to satisfy any traveler.
OSAKA SAKAI
Sakai, where the traditional culture of Japan and industry co-exist, is where you’ll find world-class knives and is also the area where the Japanese tea ceremony established by Senno Rikyu originated. The burial mound of Emperor Nintoku, which is the world’s largest tomb and part of the Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group which was registered as a World Heritage Site in 2019, is bordered by gorgeous Japanese gardens and museums.
KOYASAN
Koyasan is an important sacred site for Japanese Buddhism, with over 100 temples concentrated on this mountain, developed by the monk Kukai about 1200 years ago. The shukubo temples enable you to experience copying sutras and morning feel the real exercise, giving you the chance to feel the sanctity of the place and time. This is also the only place that you can enjoy the famous and real Buddhist cuisine.
WAKAYAMA/KADA
Everything you want from a trip to Japan, tourist spots, gourmet food, and hot springs, are available in this area. Wakayama has famous historical sites such as Wakayama Castle, the Kada hot springs, and is a rich source of seafood, with bream being a famous product. Also, it only takes 1 hour from Osaka, and it is perfect for a day trip. There is also a popular train running between Wakayama Station and Kada station, decorated with the local delicacy breams, and it is known as the “Medetai Train”.
TOKUSHIMA
Tokushima Prefecture, on the eastern side of the island of Shikoku, can be reached from Osaka by highway bus or ferry.
You are welcome to enjoy the history, culture and natural scenery unique to this prefecture. The world-famous Awa Odori Dance Festival, the Shikoku Pilgrimage of 88 temples, the magnificent whirlpools up to 20 m in diameter that are generated by the massive tide in the Naruto Strait between Awaji Island and Shikoku, to name a few.

OSAKA

KYOTO

Kobe; the fashionable port town. The night views of Kobe from Mt. Rokko and Mt. Maya are included in the list of the top 3 night views in Japan. Kobe beef and Western style desserts are what come to mind when thinking about food in Kobe. Make sure you try the sake from the famed sake production area of Nadagogo.
NARA
At the ancient capital Nara, the deer which is designated as a the national natural treasure, greet the tourists at Nara Park. You can enjoy your trip around Nara by visiting the Buddhist images at Todaiji or Horyuji, or by dropping into the cafes and gift shops that have been opened in old traditional homes.
